We categorically reject any form of commercial sexual exploitation of minors and fully support national and international efforts aimed at eradicating this crime.
In accordance with Colombia’s Law 1336 of 2009 and in compliance with Resolution 3840 of 2009, we commit to:
• Not promoting, facilitating, or tolerating the commercial sexual exploitation of minors in any form.
• Raising awareness among our visitors and users about the importance of responsible and ethical tourism.
• Promoting respect for the dignity and rights of children and adolescents in all tourist destinations.
International and UK Legal Framework
This website also adheres to UK legislation on child protection and online safety, including the Children Act (1989) and the UK Online Safety Act (2023), enforced by Ofcom.
We promote tourism practices aligned with the principles of the Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation in Travel and Tourism (The Code).
